Plank Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana)

        Plank pose is a great pose to strengthen your core. To do plank pose, start in downward-facing dog. Lower your body until your forearms are on the ground, directly under your shoulders. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels. Breathe deeply and evenly.

Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana I)


            Warrior pose is a great pose to strengthen your legs and improve your balance. To do warrior pose, start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Step forward with one leg and bend your front knee until it is at a 90-degree angle. Keep your back leg straight and your spine straight. Raise your arms overhead, parallel to the ground. Breathe deeply and evenly.

Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)


        Triangle pose is a great pose to stretch your sides and improve your balance. To do triangle pose, start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Step to the side with one leg and bend your front knee until it is at a 90-degree angle. Keep your back leg straight and your spine straight. Reach your arms overhead, one arm reaching up and the other arm reaching down. Breathe deeply and evenly.

Corpse Pose (Savasana)


        Corpse pose is a great pose to relax your body and mind. To do corpse pose, lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms at your sides. Close your eyes and relax your body. Breathe deeply and evenly.

Child's Pose (Balasana)

        Child's pose is a great pose to relieve stress and tension. To do child's pose, start on your hands and knees. Bring your knees together and sit back on your heels. Rest your forehead on the ground and relax your arms by your sides. Breathe deeply and evenly.
